Residential Quality of Life
The governing council recognizes and properly executes their responsibility to their voting constituents' quality of life as a priority not to be undermined by non-voting special business interests or political contributors. click to survey question•

The governing council collects no more taxes and disburses no more public funds than are reasonable and necessary to properly serve the fundamental needs and interests of their constituents without extravagancies or excesses. click to survey question•
Public Accountability and Transparency
The governing council recognizes, respects, and appropriately facilitates the public's right to be kept properly informed with reasonable access to hearings, records, minutes, and reports of the business and affairs conducted on the public's behalf and events known to the governing council that may meaningfully impact on the qualify of life of the public. click to survey question•
Public Safety
The governing council engages the appropriate resources and staff and no more than appropriate resources and staff to attend to the basic safety of the public within reasonable standards and limits without encroaching on the public's right to assume reasonable risks without government interference into their personal lives unnecessarily. The governing council seeks not to levy or collect public safety related fines or fees as a revenue source beyond the accomplishment of the foregoing.
